摘 要:为深入研究变宽度圆盘剪切机的工作原理,准确分析控制方法与运动轨迹,通过Mecha-tronics Toolkit将实时控制软件平台LabVIEW与三维造型软件SolidWorks相联接,构建了剪切机的联合仿真系统。在COSMOSMotion平台上,实现了LabVIEW编写的程序对SolidWorks中创建的剪切机虚拟样机的运动控制。仿真结果表明,该仿真方法能够准确分析变宽度圆盘剪切机的运动轨迹,并绘制出各运动部件的参数曲线,为复杂机构的运动控制分析提供了有效解决方案,大大节约了调试系统的成本。The co-simulation system is established by combining the real-time environment-Lab- VIEW with the three-dimension modeling software-SolidWorks through the Mechatronics Toolkit.So the principles of flexible slitting machine and the control strategy can be studied.In the platform of COSMOS Motion,the virtual prototype of the slitting machine being modeled in SolidWorks can be controlled by the drive functions from LabVIEW.It turns out that the method presented can be used to analysis the trajectory of the slitting machine ,and to draw the parameters curves for every moving component,which provides effective solutions to the complex machines control and can greatly cut down the cost of the debug system.
