摘 要:基础教育改革的全面推进,对教师专业发展提出了更高的要求,对教师教学技能的发展要求也随之提高。在师范学生职前培养过程中,运用现代网络技术手段,建设网络平台,引导学生依托网络平台进行教学技能的自主训练,以加快师范生教学技能的发展与提高,已成为当前高师院校教师教育改革的主旋律。基于网络平台的师范生教学技能实训机制的建构,会给学生提供更多训练教学技能的时间与空间,师范生教学技能的自主训练意识逐步增强,自主训练的自觉性、积极性不断提高,师范生教学技能的发展会更快更好。With the deepening of basic education reform, demands rise for professional development of teachers and their teaching skills as well. In the course of vocational training of students, modern network technique, construction of network platform, autonomous training of teaching skills based on network platform have been the mainstream, which can promote the development of students' teaching skills. The construction of training mechanism based on network platform can provide more time and space to train the students' teaching skills, and students' autonomous training awareness and initiative will be raised, and their teaching skills become more mature.
