摘　　要：高校突发事件处理与应急管理已经成为当前高校管理中的一个重要课题。本文通过对高校突发事件概念、类型、特征的分析,探讨新形势下高校构建应急管理体系、完善突发事件处理机制的有效途径,以期对高校应急管理有所裨益。The emergency treatment and emergency management of colleges and universities has become an important subject in current management of it.By analyzing the university thunderbolt concept,type,characteristic analysis,this article explores the new situation in colleges and universities to build emergency management system,so as to perfect the mechanism for handling emergencies in an effective way.Hopefully suggestions offered can be beneficial to campus emergency management.
