摘  要:对人性的准确认识,是人力资源管理获得成功的重要前提。改革开放至今,中国文化的转型正当时,人性也随之变迁,要依据文化转型特点科学把握现代人的人性质态特征,才能实施正确合理的人力资源管理模式。文章创新性设计了人性质态模式和人性质态测评量表,并基于对浙江省、山东省和江西省随机调查获取的987份有效问卷数据,进行了数理统计分析。研究结论显示,现代人人性诉求从大到小排序依次为社会人、责任人、经济人、自我实现的人,且社会人、责任人、经济人的测评值两两差异显著,经济人与自我实现的人的测评值差异不显著。An accurate understanding about human nature is an important prerequisite for the success of human resources man agement.Since Reform and Opening up,human nature has been changing along with China’s culture transforms.Only when we grasp nature characteristics of the modern people based on the characteristics of cultural transformation features scientifical ly,can we implement a correct and reasonable human resource management model.This paper designed a human nature mode and a human nature assessment scale creatively,and made a statistical analysis on 987 effective questionnaires which are col lected randomly in Zhejiang,Shandong and Jiangxi province.According to the conclusion of this study,the demand of human nature,in the order of strong to weak,is "social person","responsible person","economic person" and "self-actualiz ing person".The assessment results of "social person","responsible person","economic person",are significant different from each other,while the ones of "economic person","self-actualizing person" are not different significantly.human naturehuman nature changecomplexityassessment
