摘 要:临床实习期医学生在向职业医生的过渡期间,易因角色转变、环境变化和就业选择等因素引发焦虑、抑郁情绪。采取问卷的方式,探讨临床实习期医学生一般自我效能感、学业自我效能感和焦虑、抑郁之间的关系。结果发现一般自我效能感、学业自我效能感和临床实习期医学生焦虑、抑郁的发生呈负相关,较高的自我效能感对应较低的焦虑、抑郁发生率。高等医学教育应尽早有针对性地进行临床实习期医学生心理指导和干预,提高一般自我效能感、学业自我效能感,使临床实习期医学生顺利完成由在校生向职业医生的转变。The clinical practice of medical student contents change from theory to clinical practical. Due and employment choice, depression and anxiety are in internship is the transition to a doctor. Learning to the changing of social roles ,learning environmental common. By exploring the self-efficacy and emotion, there were significantly negative correlation between general self-efficacy and depression, anxiety; Academic self-efficacy and depression also had significantly negative correlation. Regression analysis showed that general self-efficacy separately entranced the regressive equation of anxiety and depression, which partly could explain 10.6% and 16.1% variances of emotion. Medical education should make psychological interventions in medical student in internship, and make a successful changing from a student to a doctor.
