中高职衔接教育体系外部政策环境建设的浅析

摘　　要：职业教育体系建设是一个涉及到法律政策层面的问题,是一个涉及到创新教育体制的问题,是一个涉及到社会规范用工制度建设的问题,解决好这三个问题,才能保障中高职衔接教育体系建设有一个良好发展的外部政策环境。"十二五"期间,职业教育体系建设的重点就是从政府层面解决好这三个问题,使中高职衔接教育体系建设有一个持续发展的原动力。The system construction of the vocational education involves in the laws and policies, the creation of educational system and standardized employment system. A good external policy environment of the educational system construction of the link between secondary vocational schools and higher vocational colleges is guaranteed by solving these three matters. During the National ＂ 12th Five-Year Plan＂ , the important point of the system construction of the vocational education is to settle these problems from the point of view of government to gain the motive power of sustainable development.
