摘  要:探讨了液体悬浮培养不同时间的国庆1号温州蜜柑(Citrus unshiu Marc.c v.Guoqing No.1)愈伤组织可溶性蛋白质含量、可溶性还原糖含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和过氧化物酶(POD)活性的变化。结果表明:可溶性蛋白含量在培养9d时达到高峰,可溶性还原糖含量在培养6d时达到高峰,SOD和POD活性在培养前期活性较低,在培养第9d达到高峰。可溶性蛋白、可溶性还原糖含量与这2种酶的活性变化趋势相近,由此表明在愈伤组织液体悬浮培养过程中,这些物质含量或活性的变化可为确定柑橘愈伤组织液体悬浮培养最佳继代周期提供依据。Contents of the soluble protein and soluble sugar as well as the activity of SOD and POD in Guoqing No.1 callus(Citrus unshiu Marc.cv.Guoqing No.1)in liquid suspension culture were investigated.The results showed that the soluble protein content of the Guoqing No.1 callus reached maximum on the ninth day,and the soluble sugar of the Guoqing No.1 callus reached maximum on the sixth day.For the two enzyme activity, the SOD activity of the Guoqing No.1 callus was lower on the early stage,and reached maximum on the ninth day,and the changing trend of POD activity and SOD activity was similar.The change trend of soluble protein,soluble sugar content and the activity of the two enzymes was similar.This showed that in the process of the callus liquid suspended culture,the change of these substances content or the activity can provide the basis for ensuring the optimal cycle.
