摘 要:以沙枣果实与沙棘果实为原料,比较分析两者乙醇提取物自由基清除效果及油脂抗氧化能力.结果表明:沙枣果实与沙棘果实的乙醇提取物均含有黄酮类化合物,含量分别为:30.75、11.40mg/g;在一定质量浓度范围内,2种原料乙醇提取物对O2-.的清除率分别为54.16%、44.02%,对.OH的清除率分别为68.40%、35.64%,对DPPH的清除率分别为96.77%、96.21%;对油脂的抗氧化能力均强于PG.沙枣果乙醇提取物比沙棘果乙醇提取物具有更强的自由基清除效果和油脂抗氧化能力.With the fruits of Elaeagnus angustifolia and Hippophae rkamnoides as raw materials, a comparative was conducted on scavenging free radical systems and the antioxidant activity. The results showed that both fruits had flavonoids in their ethanol extracts, and the contents were 30. 75 mg/g and 11.40 mg/g. In a certain concentration range, the scavenging rates of ethanol extracts from 17,. angustifolia and [-1. rhamnoides against O2· were 54. 16%,44.02%,against · OH were 68. 40%,35.64% and against DPPH were 96.77% ,96.21%. The antioxidant activity of them was better than PG. The results indicated that extracts from E. angustiifolia had more ability than that from H. rhamnoides in scavenging free radical and antioxidant activities.
