应用型本科院校与高端培训机构专业共建探索——以软件专业为例

摘　　要：针对国内软件人才紧缺及毕业生应用能力欠缺导致专业对口率较低的矛盾,提出应用型本科院校与高端培训机构开展软件专业共建的模式,培训机构参与专业的教学计划制订、职业规划、主要专业课程及实践环节的教学和推荐就业,对弥补高校软件专业课程应用性及教学内容更新的不足,提高软件专业学生职业应用能力和专业对口率,提升培训机构的品牌和社会影响力,都具有积极意义。The paper aims at the shortage of domestic software talents and the lack of application ability of undergraduates that leads to the low matching rate of specialty and proposes the mode to jointly operate the specialty between applied university and high-end training institution in which the training institution participates in the design of professional teaching plan, occupational planning, teaching of major professional courses and practical teaching as well as employment recommendation. It will surely help improve the insufficient application in the college software courses and the inadequate renewal of teaching content, enhance the professional application ability of software majors and the specialty matching rate and upgrade the branding and the social prestige of the training institution.
