摘 要:当前血管微创介入手术三维图像导航系统中血管模型是由病人的CT或MRI二维扫描图像经三维重建生成的,为静态模型,不能准确反映术中血管的形态。针对以上问题,研究了基于实时心电脉搏信号的动态血管模型建模方法,主要包括编程建立参数化动态血管模型、实时采集处理心电脉搏信号获得模型运动参数、基于参数的动态模型建立三个部分。通过实验验证了动态模型的实时性和准确性。研究可以为血管微创介入手术图像导航系统提供较准确的实时动态血管模型,提高手术导航系统的视觉临场感,为医生提供重要的视觉参考。At present, the blood vessel model used in image - guided navigation system of blood vessel minimally invasive surgery is reconstructed from patient specific MRI, which is in 3D static state,and can not reflect the real- time motion of the vessel. To this question, a methodology of building patient specific real - time vessel model based on electrocardio and pulse signals is come up. This methodology mainly contain three aspects, the first is building a parametric dynamic vessel model, the second is sampling and handling the patient electrocardio and pulse signals, and the third is building the model based on the signals. The instantaneity and accuracy of this system has been verified by experiments. This research has created a relatively real- time dynamic vessel mod- el for imageguided navigation system of blood vessel minimally invasive surgery, which improves the telepresence of the operation and provide vision information for the surgeon.
