山葡萄新品种“雪兰红”选育研究

摘　　要：“雪兰红”是以“左优红”作母本、“北冰红”为父本杂交育成的酿造干红山葡萄酒新品种。果穗圆锥形，平均重量145．2g。果粒圆形，果皮蓝黑色，果肉绿色，无肉囊，果粒平均重1．39g、果实可溶性固形物含量16．2％-2118％、总酸12．4～15．6g／L、单宁0．333～0．398g,／L、出汁率55．3％～62．1％。干红山葡萄酒酒质好。在吉林省东南部地区栽培，果实9月中下旬成熟，生育期137～145d。成龄6年生树平均株产5．2kg，产量20．3t／km^2，比对照品种“左优红”增产16．0％。抗寒力近似“贝达”葡萄。2012年3月通过吉林省农作物品种审定委员会审定。‘ Xuelanhong＇ is a hybrid cultivar derived from‘ Zuoyouhongx ‘ Beibinghong＇. The ear is conical The fruit cluster is conical, weighing 145.2g.The fruit is round and blue-black, no meat capsule, berry average weight is 1.39g, The fruit soluble solid content is 16.2% - 21.8% ,the fruit total acid is 12.4 - 15.6g/L, the tannic content is 0.333g/L - 0.398g/L and the fruit juice rate is 55.3% - 62.1 .Dry - red wine is of high quality. The ripening time of berry is in the mid - to - late September in Southeast Jilin. The reproductive period is 137 - 145d. The average yield of mature 6 year old tree is 5.2kg per plant, 20.3t per hectare, increased by 16% than the control cultivar＇ Zuoyouhong＇. Cold hardiness is close to Beida grape.The variety was approved in March,2012 by Jilin Crop Variety Approval Committee.
