摘　　要：以"融会贯通,学以致用,探索创新"为课程培养目标,构建环境微生物学实验教学新模式,将现有实验分为操作性实验、示范性实验、参观性实验、多媒体演示实验和自主性实验5个模块,旨在突出课程专业地位,优化实验教学方式,完善人才培育理念。经过探索与实践,取得较好的效果。Taking the ＂digesting the learned-knowledge to make practical use in exploration and innovation＇as the aim for the curriculum, a new teaching mode of environmental microbiology experiments has been established. This article presents five modules, including manipulative experiments, demonstrative experiments, visiting experiments, multimedia presentation experiments and self-experiments, to highlight the position of specialty, optimize the mode of experiment teaching, and improve the idea of training of talents. The better resuits have been obtained by teaching exploration and teaching practice.
