摘　　要：针对研究型大学大型仪器管理中存在的问题,从实验技术队伍建设的角度出发,提出了具体的对策和措施,从科学设岗、明确岗位职责、完善用人机制、加强人员培训等方面,对如何加强实验技术队伍建设、调动人员积极性进行了探讨。Aiming at the existing problems of management of large-scale instruments in research-oriented universities, a series of measures and countermeasures are put forward to solve the existing problems in management. For strengthening the construction of experimental technology team and stimulating enthusiasm of the technicians, from the viewpoint of team construction, the following aspects should be paid attention to, including setting up posts scientifically, making the responsibility clear, improving various mechanisms and strenghening technical training.
