摘　　要：基于PDCA循环质量管理理论,结合北京科技大学设备采购廉政风险防范管理的工作实践,从计划执行、考核、修正等环节入手,探索了廉政风险防范管理的规律,从组织领导、动态监控、逐级防范等方面总结了高校设备采购廉政风险防范管理的对策。This paper focuses on the theory of PDCA cycle quality management. Combining the practical work in the field of preventive management of anti-corruption during equipment procurement in USTB, the rules of preventive management are explored from the links of ＂Planning, Implementing, Checking, and Correcting. ＂ At the same time, the countermeasures for anti-corruption during equipment procurement in colleges and universities are summarized from aspects such as leadership and team building, dynamic monitoring, preventing drops, etc.
