摘 要:学科专业网站包含大量自建的教学资源,是一种促进以学生为中心的网络教学新模式。为解决本科生耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学理论课教学中存在的理解困难、感性认识不足、难于掌握的问题,转变以课堂讲授为中心的传统教学模式,探讨学科专业网站在本科生耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学理论课教学中的应用及意义。我们对第四军医大学2009级医学本科生采用学生调查问卷的形式对耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学的学科专业网站应用情况进行评价。结果显示,94%的学生认为学科专业网站对耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学的理解及掌握有明显的帮助。学科专业网站有利于促进从"以教为主"的教学模式到"以学为主"的教学模式的转变、"以学生为中心"教学模式的建立,促进医学生早日建立临床思维及科研兴趣。Subject specific website is a student-centered new teaching mode which contains abundance self-built teaching resources. In order to resolve questions such as hard understanding, deficiency in sense cognition, and difficulty in gripping arisen during theoretic teaching of Otolaryngology, to pro- mote the conversion from class-teaching mode, we explore the application and significance of subject specific website in theoretic teaching of Otolaryngology Head and Neck in medical undergraduate. The effectiveness of subject specific website was evaluated with questionnaire in class 2009. The results showed that 94 % undergraduate students agreed that the website is helpful in understanding and grip- ping of Otolaryngology. Subject specific website helps to promote the conversion of teaching mode from teaching-centered to learning-centered, the establishing of student-centered mode, to found clini- cal thought and interesting in clinical and basic research in undergraduate students.
