摘　　要：要做好一个大学班主任,应该亲历亲为,配好班干部,抓好学风班风,建好贫困生档案,并齐拥爱心、公心、细心、耐心、忍心等"五心"。To do a good job in a university, a university teacher in charge of a class should adopt hands-on approach, i.e. equip the class with a good class cadre, attach great importance to the learning atmosphere of the class, build files for poor students and deal with the affairs in the class with love, the public spirit, attentiveness, patience and tolerance.
