摘  要:为推动快速检测产品在水产品药物残留监管领域的应用,建立了一套"盲样检测式"药物残留快速检测产品筛选评价方法,对4种市售的国产氯霉素胶体金快速检测产品的假阳性率、假阴性率、检出率等指标进行验证。验证结果显示,仅有1种产品能100%准确检测出68个鱼糜样品中是否残留氯霉素,有1种产品的假阳性率达35%,2种产品的最低检测浓度值与商标标识最低检出限不相符,说明产品的质量参差不齐。胶体金快速检测产品作为质量安全监管工具,在投入使用前,有必要对其最低检出限、假阳性率、假阴性率等参数进行验证。To improve the application of rapid detection products of chloramphenicol residue in the field of seafood safety supervision, four kinds of rapid detection products were used to detect the residue of chloramphenieol in aquatic products. The method of "blindness detection" was used to test and evaluate the residue. The false positive rate (FPR), false negative rate (FNR), lowest detectable limit (LDL) were tested using 68 fish samples. The results showed that only product D could detect the characters of 68 fish samples exactly; the FPR of product B reached 35% , higher than that of the others ; the LDLs of product A and C were not consistent with their trademarks.
