摘　　要：面对世界航运业的迅猛发展和有关国际公约的要求，我国海员的语言素质不尽人意。航运教育培训机构应改革教学内容和方式，将语言和文化知识并重，强化海员跨文化语言交际能力的培养。Abstract： The rapid development of the world shipping and the relevant international conventions re quirements made seafarers improve their quality increasingly, and China seafarers＇ language quality is unsatisfactory. Shipping education training institution should reform teaching contents and methods, highlight students＇ language and cultural knowledge, strengthen their cross-cultural communicative competence ability.
