摘　　要：针对路网提级改造工程中路线受穿越不同行政区域、沿线地形地貌以及地质条件影响的实际问题,提出采用分段设计的设计理念,并基于公路运营安全,对分段设计速度进行计算和分析,对于不同分段情况提出合理的设计速度。The higher level renovation project of road network is affected by the route pass through the dif ferent administrative regions, the topography and geological conditions along the highway. Given this, the paper puts forward the piecewise design concept. Based on the operation security of highway, it calculates and analyzes the pieeewise design speed and proposes the reasonable design speed for different piecewise condition.
