摘 要:为研究日粮不同能量水平对乌金猪脂肪代谢相关酶活性的影响,选取体重约15 kg的乌金猪54头,随机分为3组,下设3个重复,每个重复6头,分别饲喂消化能为14.22(高能组)、12.89(中能组)和11.74 MJ/kg(低能组)的日粮,在体重30,60和100 kg体重时分批屠宰,取肝脏及背部皮下脂肪组织测定脂肪酶(LPS)、葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G-6-PDH)和苹果酸脱氢酶活性(MDH)活性。结果表明,乌金猪肝脏和脂肪组织中LPS活性随日粮能量水平升高而降低,G-6-PDH和MDH活性随日粮能量水平升高而升高;在30 kg体重时,日粮能量水平对乌金猪肝脏和脂肪组织中脂肪代谢相关酶活性差异不显着(P>0.05),在60和100 kg体重时,乌金猪肝脏和脂肪组织中的LPS和G-6-PDH活性高能量日粮组显著低于低能量日粮组(P<0.05),肝脏和脂肪中的MDH活性高能量日粮组显著高于低能量日粮组(P<0.05)。综上所述,高能量日粮降低了生长中后期乌金猪的内源性能量释放,提高了外源性能量的利用率,促进了脂肪沉积。The aim of the study was to investigate the effects of dietary energy levels on lipids metabolicenzymes of liver and adipose tissue in Wujin pigs. Fifty-four Wujin pigs were randomly allotted into three groups fed diet containing different energy levels, there were eighteen pigs in each group with three replicates, and six pigs were used in per replicates. The dietary energy levels were high energy (HE, 14. 22 MJ/kg), medium energy (ME, 12. 89 MJ/kg) and low energy (LE, 11.74 MJ/kg) respectively. Atthe body weight of 30, 60 and 100 kg, Wujin pigs were slaughtered and liver and back subcutaneous fatty tissue were taken for analyzing the activity of lipase (LPS), glucose-6 phosphate dehydrogenase (G-6-PDH) and malate dehydrogenase (MDH). The results showed that the activity of G-6-PDH and MDH in liver and back subcutaneous fatty tissue increased as Wujin pigs fed dietary of energy level increased, but,contents of LPS in liver and back subcutaneous fatty tissue decreased as Wujin pigs fed dietary of energylevel increased, At 30kg body weight, the activity of LPS, G-6-PDH and MDH in liver and back subcutaneous fatty tissue of Wujin pigs were affected not significantly by the dietary energy level (P 〉 0. 05). At60 and 100 kg body weight, the LPS and G-6-PDH activity in liver and back subcutaneous fatty tissue of Wujin pigs fed on the high energy level dietary were significantly lower than the low energy level dietary(P 〈0. 05 ), the MDH activity in liver and back subcutaneous fatty tissue of Wujin pigs fed on the high energy level dietary were significantly higher than the low energy level dietary (P 〈 O. 05). The results indicated that higher energy level of dietary could decrease endogenous energy release, increase exogenous energy availability and promote fat deposition in Wujin pigs at growth midanaphase.
