摘　　要：实验教学是高校培养具有创新精神和实践能力的应用型人才的重要实践环节。结合山东建筑大学材料类专业多年来的探索实践,依托实验教学中心成立的创新实践基地,推行科技助理人才培养模式。从科技助理的运行机制、综合素质培养等方面进行了详细阐述,有效地解决了实验教学中学生动手机会少的问题,提高了学生的创新能力。Experimental teaching is important in practice teaching for cultivation of the innovative spirit and practice ability of application-oriented talents.Based on the exploratory practice for years in the major of Materials Science and Engineering in Shandong Jianzhu University and the innovative practice base,this paper elaborated on the talents training mode of technical assistants from the running mechanism and the cultivating of comprehensive qualities.Hence,this training mode can effectively enhance the training of the practical ability in experimental teaching to improve students’ innovative abilities.
