摘　　要：教学工作评价对军队院校的建设与发展具有巨大的推动作用。要使教学工作评价能够长期发挥作用,就要将评价建设常态化,将评价指导思想融入到办学治校的理念之中,把评价指标体系作为规划教学建设的重要参考,把评价工作常态化的根本目的定位于提高人才培养质量,把评价模式作为实施日常教学工作的重要依据。Teaching evaluation could promote the construction and development of military academies greatly. The construction of teaching evaluation should be normalized to insure its long-term function. The guiding ideology of teaching evaluation should be integrated into school-running concept. Evalua- tion index system should be the significant reference to plan the teaching construction. The basic goal of normalizing the teaching evaluation should be located in improving the quality of talent cultivation. The evaluation model should be the significant basis in carrying out the routine teaching.
