摘　　要：从知识基础的企业观出发,通过知识IPO的过程,对R&D团队知识多样性、知识分享和整合以及团队研发创新三者之间的复杂关系进行了探讨,形成三者的关系模型。From the Knowledge - Based View of the Firm, this paper discusses the complicated relationships between the knowledge diversity of R＆D team, knowledge sharing and integration as well as the R＆D innovation through the IPO process of knowledge, and forms a relationship model of the three factors.
