摘　　要：基于胜任力和成熟度两个范畴,提出了胜任力成熟度范畴,构建了与之相关的员工胜任力成熟度模型以及以其为基点的胜任力成熟度空间测度模型,并对其在员工培训、聘用评估上的运用做了验证性分析。Based on two categories, namely competence and maturity,this paper puts forward the category of competence maturity, and builds the staff competency maturity model（SC-MM） and the SC-MM-based maturity space measurement model. Then it makes the verification analy- sis on the application of these two models in evaluating training and employ.
