摘　　要：由于高职院校办学历史较短,校园文化建设经验不足,加之办学规模不断扩大,在文化建设过程中暴露出许多问题。因此,高职院校应立足自身实际,在不断总结、探索、提炼的基础上,努力推进物质文化、制度文化、精神文化和行为文化的整合与创新,积极培育具有时代特征的富有个性特色的高职校园文化,为实现高职院校的跨越式发展奠定坚实的基础。Due to the short history of higher vocational colleges,and their scales Expand unceasingly, the construction of campus culture is lack of experience, a lot of problems exposed in the process of culture construction. Therefore, higher vocational colleges should based on practice, the exploration and refining and summarizing, making efforts to promote physical culture, system culture, spirit culture and cultural integration and innovation, cultivate actively the epoch feature rich individual character characteristic of higher vocational education, in order to realize the leaping development of hi^her vocational colleges solid foundation.
