摘　　要：网络虚拟性与心理咨询成效的现实指向性构成网络心理咨询的基本矛盾;它具体反映在网络心理咨询关系的建立和维护、网络心理咨询方式的建构以及网络心理咨询技术的采择等诸多方面,成为网络心理咨询工作的基本出发点。在高校网络心理咨询中,我们既应坚持咨询现实性的根本要求,又当在"虚拟"与"现实"之间寻求一恰当平衡点,以能充分发挥网络咨询之优势,避免其不足。The conflict between cyber virtuality and reality-oriented counseling constitutes the basic contradiction of on-line counseling. It manifests itself in the establishment and maintenance of counse-ling relationships, the mode of on-line counseling, and the choice of on-line counseling techniques. In the practice of on-line counseling we should not only insist on the demand of reality but also seek a proper balance point between virtualitv and reality so as to take full advantage of it.
