关于中国白酒健康问题研究的几点思考

摘　　要：当前对中国白酒健康问题缺乏系统、科学的研究,导致公众对白酒健康问题认识模糊,并成为中国白酒走向国际化的主要障碍之一。通过归纳当前关于白酒健康问题的一些基本认识,提出白酒健康问题研究需注意的三个方面。指出当前白酒健康问题研究要实现从身体健康到身心健康、从单一健康到组合健康、从伪科学到真科学、从被动接受到躬行求知四个方面的转变;并对中国白酒健康问题未来的研究做了三个方面的展望,指出中国白酒应该建立自己的健康文化体系。At present,our country lacks the systematic and scientific research about the liquor in health problem which leads to the public having no clean views.It's one of the main obstacles for liquor to enter the international market.This paper will summarize some basic views about the liquor in the health problem and put forward three aspects about the problem that should be pay attention to.In the paper,there are four aspects about the problem which needs to be changed.These are from physical health to mental health,from a single health to the combination health,from the pseudo-science to the real science,from passive acceptance to seek the truth by ourselves.Three aspects about the problem looking into the future will be pointed out.China should establish its own health liquor culture system.
