摘  要:本文对工厂送来的有害菌样品进行划线纯化后,分别命名为TJl、TJ2、TJ3、TJ4、TJ5、TJ6和TJ7,并制成冻存管保存于-70℃冰箱。从中挑选TJ2、TJ3采用PCR(PolymeraseChainKeac—tion)m进行了分子生物学的菌种鉴定—16srRNA菌种鉴定实验,经鉴定为乳酸菌属。使用乳酸菌特异性引物对上述有害菌进行鉴定。证明其引物LbHC一1/LbHC一2可以用于乳酸菌的检测。In this study, harmful bacteria samples sent by the factory were purified and named as TJ 1, TJ2, TJ3, TJ4, TJS, TJ6 and TJ7, which have been made into vials and put in the refrigerator of -70 ℃. TJ2 and TJ3 strain, which have been identified by 16s rRNA, belong to Lactobacillus. Lactobacillus-specific primers was used to detect these harmful bacteria. The test to prove that the primers LbHC-1 / LbHC-2 can be used to detect the Lactobacillus in beer harmful bacteria.
