八年制医学生临床起始阶段医院入学教育探讨

摘  要:目的:探讨八年制医学生临床起始阶段入学教育的方式及内容。方法:对学生进行问卷调查及个人深入访谈,对数据进行统计分析。结果学生对授课人、教育目的、方式、内容提出不同看法,对医院入学教育较为满意。结论:临床起始阶段,医院管理者要根据学生的实际需求开展讲座、操作表演等多样式的入学教育,提供更丰富的培训内容,从而使学生更快地适应临床学习环境。Objective To discuss the methods and contents of the entrance education for medical students of eight-year program at the beginning of clinical practice.Methods Based on questionnaire, in-depth individual interviews and statistical analysis of the data. Results The students put forward different views on lecturers, educational purposes, methods and contents, aad they are slightly satisfied with entrance education in the hospital. Conclusion Hospital managers should carry out various forms of entrance education according to the students' needs, such as lectures and performances, and provide a richer training, so that the students will adapt to the clinical learning environment more quickly.
