摘　　要：根据科技文献检索课程的教学任务与特点,针对如何有效实现理论与实践并重,真正让学生掌握运用科技文献检索的方法找到自己所需文献的方法,提出了几点具体的教学创新与改革措施。这些措施包括以大量实例代替理论讲解、充分利用学校资源、运用先进的软件配合教学以及改革成绩评定方法等。使学生真正掌握一种获取新知识的方法,对他们的后续学习和工作起到了重要的辅助作用。Aiming at attaching importance to both theory and practice effectively, this paper proposed several specific teaching innovation and revolutionary methods according to the teaching assignment and characterristics of Science and Technology Literature Retrieval. These methods include using exemplifications instead of theoretical explanation, making the best of school resources,exerting advanced software and improving evaluation method etc, making the students learn how to acquire new knowledge in a scientific way which will be beneficial for them in the future.
