摘　　要：给出了秩为n-1的n阶矩阵A的Jordan标准形的一般表示,又给出了秩为n-1的n阶矩阵A的伴随矩阵的Jor-dan标准形的一般表示.The general representation of the Jordan canonical form of a matrix of order n , whose rank is n - 1, is given, the gener- al expression of the Jordan canonical form of the ad joint matrix of the above matrix is also investigated.
