摘 要:实施全过程教学质量管理是人才培养质量保障的关键。教学质量评价标准滞后、教学运行信息收集渠道单一、毕业教学环节指导不畅和难以实时接收利益相关者意见反馈是当前高职教学过程质量管理存在的主要问题。针对这些问题,可以从开发并应用网络化教学质量管理系统,实现教学运行、"两纵两横"教学质量监控、毕业教学环节和利益相关者意见反馈的网络化管理,来有效提升教学过程质量管理水平。The quality management of the entire teaching process is a solid guarantee for the quality of talent cultivation. The major problems with the management of the teaching quality in current higher vocational colleges are hysteresis of assessment criteria for the teaching quality, the singleness of collecting channel about relevant teaching information, teachers' failure to guide the graduation project responsibly and failure to receive the feedback from interested parties. With view to these problems, the paper holds that the development and application of networking teaching quality management system should be effected, and the "two vertical lines and two horizontal lines" policy should be employed to monitor the quality of daily teaching, which involves the feedback from interested parties so as to improve the management of teaching quality effectively.
