关于高职院校学习型党组织建设的反思

摘　　要：建设马克思主义学习型政党是党的十七届四中全会提出的重大战略任务。从高职院校建设学习型党组织意义的再认识出发,对高职院校在创建学习型党组织中存在学习认识、学习内容、学习形式和学习制度方面的问题进行了反思,并提出通过转变学习观念、精选学习内容、创新学习形式、完善学习制度来加强高职院校学习型党组织建设。The construction of Marxism Learning Party was the major strategic task put forward by the Fourth Meeting of the Seventeenth Central Committee. Based on the recognition of the significance on construction of learning-type organization in higher vocational colleges, the paper reflected on the learning awareness, learning contents, learning form and system, and proposed to enhance the construction of learning-type organization by transforming the learning concepts, innovating the forms of learning, and improving the learning system in higher vocational colleges.
