摘　　要：高校的体育与健康教学是学校体育实施"终身体育"的关键环节,对学生学习体育有承前启后的作用。在未来职业人的综合素质中,身体健康是第一位的,因为健康是人正常生命活动的前提。在高职院校的体育教学实践中,注重身体活动的同时引入教育的理念,让体育教学达到体育与教育的完美结合,进而提高体育与健康课的教学质量,提高学生的运动兴趣,为学生树立"终身体育"的理念、更好地适应未来奠定良好基础。Physical and health education in colleges is the key links of lifelong sports and it serves as function tivities. linking between the past and the future, because health is the premise of human normal life ac- Focusing on physical exercises, leading education ideas , making perfect combination with phys- ical and education in the PE teaching practice of higher vocational colleges which could further improve teaching quality of PE and health class as well as students＇ sports interesting which also set Lifetime Sports concept and built good foundation for students to adapt the future.
