云南高职教育培养东南亚语种导游问题探讨

摘　　要：云南建设"中国面向西南开放桥头堡"政策的实施为云南省旅游产业带来了新的发展机遇和挑战,也对云南省高职教育开展东南亚语种导游提出新的目标和要求。在分析云南省旅游产业及导游市场现状的基础上,就云南高职教育结合随云南省旅游业标准化、集团化发展的趋势和契机,讨论了云南省高职教育开展东南亚语种导游人才培养的机遇与挑战,并就如何发挥高职教育在东南亚语种导游培养方面的优势和特色,如何组织开展相应高职教育,高职东南亚语种导游人才培养模式等问题进行了探讨。Yunnan province is carrying out China＇s brought new development opportunities and challenges requirements for training southeast Asian languages bridgehead of opening to Southwest, which has to Yunnan and also put forward the new goals and tour guides of Higher Vocational Education in Yunnan Province. Based on the analysis of the tourism industry and tour guides market in Yunnan province, higher vocational education development combining with trends and opportunities of tourism standardiza- tion and group development, the paper discusses opportunities and challenges of developing southeast A- sian languages tour guides training of higher vocational education in Yunnan province, and also probes how to develop advantages and characteristics of higher vocational education in the Southeast Asian lan- guage tour guides training and how to organize and carry out the corresponding higher vocational educa- tion, as well as the mode of Southeast Asian languages guides, talents training.
