摘  要:绗缝花样自动生成系统中要防止图像锐角钝化处理,以获得精美花型。随着计算机数据处理能力的提高,对传统的花样打板算法进行改进。针对绗缝机运动系统的特点,提出了依据曲率变化的BP神经网络算法。对花样进行精确的识别处理,有效地防止图像锐角钝化。自动生成足量的加工代码,生成的精美花型。相对传统插补运算的花型,得到明显的改善。实践证明在绗缝花样打板中采用BP神经网络算法是可行。Quilted pattern automatically generated system to prevent passivation of the image an acute angle, to obtain a special pattern. With the capabilities of computer data processing, the traditional pattern plate algorithm is improved. According to the characteristics of the motor system for quilting, the BP neural network algorithm on ba- sis of the curvature change is proposed. Accurate on the pattern recognition processing, effectively prevent the image from an acute angle passivation, and automatically generate a sufficient amount of processing code generated by the beautiful flowers. Relatively traditional interpolation operation, pattern has been significantly improved. Practice has proved that the BP neural network algorithm is feasible in a quilted pattern plate.
