我国高职就业教育体系的弊端及解决措施

摘　　要：通过对国内外高职就业教育体系进行比较指出,国内高职就业教育体系中存在专业教育与心理教育脱节,创业教育意识缺乏,缺乏相关制度保障等弊端.提出了相应的解决措施:从教学基础做起,调整教学内容,使专业教育和心理教育齐头并重;充分考虑高职生的特点和优势,开展创业教育,加大创业培养的力度;建立完善的职业教育法规,加大政府参与力度,监督并保障职业教育就业政策的实施.The writers review the domestic and foreign vocational education and employment system,and point out the disadvantages in professionalism, entrepreneurship, and career guidance in Chinese voca- tional education. Furthermore, this paper accounts for the strategies in relation to teaching curricular re- form, strengthening the psychological training, entrepreneurship and career training, in addition to im- provement of governmental participation including increasing the investment.
