摘  要:结晶器铜板对结晶器内钢液的凝固传热具有重要的作用.通过数值模拟方法设计铜板冷却水槽结构,建立结晶器宽窄面铜板模型,对冷却铜板的传热行为进行研究.结果表明,合理设计结晶器铜板冷却水槽结构能够有效降低铜板表面温度,改善表面温度均匀性,从而提高生产效率,提高铸坯质量,延长结晶器寿命.结果是结晶器铜板冷却水槽结构设计的重要理论依据.The cooling plate in the slab mold plays a key rule in the heat transfer within the molten steel and in the solidification of the steel. A numerical simulation method was therefore employed to design the copper cooling structure, to establish a model of the wide and narrow copper plates for the mold, and to study the heat transfer behavior of the copper mold plates. The results show that the surface temperature of the mold plate is decreased and becomes more evenly distributed by properly designing the cooling structure, so that the slab production rate is increased, the slab quality improved, and the mold life prolonged. These findings thus become an important theoretical basis for designing the copper cooling structure.
