摘  要:通过对内燃机配气机构多体动力学模型的建立,并对其进行动力学仿真及分析,验证了模型的可靠性,可以准确描述配气机构的实际工作情况。分析得到气门的位移、速度及加速度时间曲线和挺柱等零件所受作用力的时间历程。通过研究整个配气系统的运动规律和动力学特征,为配气机构后续进行系统优化以及配气机构的自主开发提供了可靠的依据。In the paper established is a multi-body dynamic model of the valve train of the internal combustion engine, with which a series of dynamic simulation and analyses is carried out,the reliability of which is tested and which may be used to ex- actly describe the actual working conditions of the valve train of the engine. The results of the analyses may show the displace- ment of the valve train, the velocity and acceleration time curves and the loading-time process of the main parts of the valve train under the action of applied forces, such as the tappet. The study of the movement law and dynamic characteristics of the whole valve train provides a reliable basis for the following optimization of the valve system and developing the valve train of the en- gine on our own.
