摘　　要：目的介绍2-吡啶酮类化合物的生物活性以及合成方法方面的研究进展。方法查阅国内外文献资料进行分析归纳与整理。结果与结论在现有研究成果的基础上,深入对该类化合物在作用机制以及作用靶点方面进行研究将会进一步推动该类化合物的研发进程。Objective To introduce the progress on synthesis and biological activity of 2-pyridyl ketone derivatives. Methods The information described in literature both at home and abroad was reviewed. Results and Conclusion Based on the results of existed research, deep study on the mechanism of action and the targets would further promote the development process of these compounds.
