摘 要:依据当前社会迫切需求焊接技能人才的形势,高校作为培养造就焊接技能人才的重要基地,发挥着不可估量的作用。尝试在焊接专业应用型人才培养过程中引入焊工职业技能培训,以企业和社会所需的基本职业能力为出发点,从策略制定、内容安排、环节设置、师资配备、教材选编、教法实施和过程考核等方面入手,探寻了高校焊工职业技能培训模式,提出了"低起点、小步子、勤示范、多检查、乐评比、善总结、快反馈"的培训策略。在此基础上,优化设置了组织动员、理论传授、示范操作、巡回指导和研讨总结五个教学环节,并成功地将情感激励法和合作学习法应用到职业技能教学的各个环节中。实践证明,该培训体系的实施有效强化了焊接专业实践教学,大大提高了学生工程实践能力,为学生将来顺利走向工作岗位做好了铺垫。According to the current demand of welding skilled talents,university plays an important role in training welding skilled talents.The authors attempt to introduce welder vocational skills training in the process of cultivating applied talents in welding specialty.With enterprises and social needed vocational ability as a starting point,vocational skills training mode is explored,from the aspects of strategy formulation,content arrangement,link setting,teacher equipment,book selection,method implement and process evaluation.And training strategy "low starting point,small steps,frequent demonstration,touring guidance,much evaluation,many summary, fast feedback" is established.Based on this, the teaching links including organization, explain, demonstration, guidance and discussion are optimized.And emotion motivation and cooperative learning methods are successfully used in various links of vocational skill teaching.h proves that the implementing of the training system has effectively strengthened the practice teaching in welding specialty, and greatly improved the students' practice ability, which will provide strong support for the students' future jobs.
