摘 要:目的建立安神类保健食品及中成药中非法添加的14种镇静催眠类药物的检测方法。方法采用溶剂超声或液-液萃取方法对样品进行提取富集,气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)、Scan模式进行定性检测,采用DB-5 ms毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm),程序升温,初始温度120℃(1 min),10℃/min升至230℃,15℃/min升至270℃(20 min),选择EI离子源,溶剂延迟2.5 min,质谱扫描40~350 amu。结果 14种镇静催眠类药物得到了较好分离,在30 min内完成快速检测。结论该法快速、简便、准确,可用于打假工作中的快速检测方法。Objective To establish a G MS method for the detection method of sedative hypnotic drugs illegally added in health foods and traditional Chinese medicines. Methods The solvent ultrasonic extraction or the liquid liquid extraction was adopted to extract and enrich the samples. The qualitative analysis was carried out by GC MS and the Scan mode. The analytical capillary column was DP 5 ms (30 mX 0.25 mm, 0.25 μm). The initial temperature was set at 120 ℃ ( 1 min), then was risen to 230 ℃with 10 ℃/min, to 270℃ (20 min) by 15℃/min by temperature programming. The EI ion source was selected and the solvent was delayed by 2.5 min. The MS scanning was set at the range of 40 - 350 amu. Results Under the selected chromatographic conditions, 14 kinds of sedative hypnotic drugs could get a better separation anf the detection was rapidly completed within 30 min. Conclusion This method is rapid, simple, accurate and suitable for the fast qualitative detection in crackdown on counterfeit goods.
