摘　　要：我国职业教育的发展迫切需要对职业教育教师实行有效竞争。但教育系统内部单一的竞争平台难以达到理想的效果。我国职业教育教师竞争平台需从三个维度共同进行构建:政府领导要从树立人才新观念,加大扶持力度与改善办学体制方面营造良好的竞争氛围;学校领导要针对职业教育教师职业压力与特定需要实施有效竞争方法;教师也要不断进行自我竞争。Occupational education development in our country is an urgent need for the occupational education teachers to implement effective competition. But the education system to a single competition platform to achieve the desired results. Occupational education teachers competition platform in our country from three dimensions： The leadership of the government construction should establish new concept of talents, increase give aid to strength and improve the education system to create a good atmosphere of competition; The school leadership to the occupational education teacher occupation pressure and specific needs to implement effective competitive method; Teachers should constantly competition.
