摘　　要：基于现代通信网络工程综合设备实训平台,以提高学生的实践动手能力、创新能力为出发点,结合近几年教学情境,对现代交换原理理论教学和实践教学方法进行简单探讨。用直观、形象、生动的动画演示打破传统课堂教学的抽象、枯燥、乏味,通过逼真的实验室环境简化复杂的系统教学,最后根据实验条件开设二次开发项目,提供一个可以进行自主创新的平台,使学生学有所用,同时培养学生的团体协作精神和实践动手能力。Based on the modern communication network engineering integrated equipment, to improve the students＇ practical ability and innovation ability as the starting point, at the same time combined with the recent years teaching situation, the theoretical teaching and practical teaching methods of modern Switching Principle here are discussed. The classroom teaching is traditional, abstract, it usually makes students boring, so we attempted to add visual and vivid animation in order to improve the teaching effect. In addition, we choice realistic and boratory environment to have theory courses, it surely simplify the complexity of the system of teaching. At last according to the experimental condition, we provide such open experiment projects, through the independent innovation platform, it can cultivate student＇s teamwork spirit and practice practical ability.
