《野战护理学》实训课教学的实践与思考

摘　　要：目的探讨适合《野战护理学》实践课特点的教学内容及方式。方法回顾教学实施情况,并通过课程满意度问卷、师生座谈会、评教评学会以及对学生进行个别访谈等了解教学效果。结果学员对野战护理学课程教学满意度高,对实训课的教学内容及方式的满意率均为100%,认为通过实训课的学习能较准确地掌握救护技能。结论应根据野战护理的特点进一步拓展《野战护理学》实训课的教学内容,强化多环境及情境模拟训练,深化案例教学,并在考核中模拟救治失败场景以强化学员的学习效果。Objective To explore the appropriate teaching contents and methods in accordance with the practicing features of field nursing training. Methods The implementation of teaching procedures of field nursing curriculum was reviewed. In addition, the teaching effects were evaluated by satisfactory degree questionnaire,teacher-student seminars, teaching and learning evaluation workshops and individual interviews of the students. Results The trainees were highly satisfied with field nursing training and more satisfied with the teaching contents and methods of the training courses. They were confident in performing these skills effectively after the training. Conclusion Teaching contents should be expanded according to the characteristics of field nursing. In addition, multi-environment situation simulation and case study should be further emphasized in the future. Failure scenarios should be adopted to in the final examination reinforce the training effects.
