摘　　要：理论性网络课程学习难度大,如何进行教学设计以有效帮助学生学习?根据"政治学原理"设计与开发经验,基于现代学习理论,在教学设计五个环节之中贯穿"三个统一"的课程核心理念,探索理论性课程的教学设计问题。Theoretical online course is difficult to study, so how to help students＇ learning through instructional design effectively？ From the design and exploitation in the experience of the ＂Principles of Pohtical Science＂, this paper emphasizes on applying the core concept of the ＂three unities＂ of course into the five steps online instructional design.
