摘　　要：英语口语"一帮一"公益活动使受助人基本上掌握了一套地道的连读、吞音、略读等发音技巧,同时也为当代大学生提供了一个人际沟通、关爱他人的平台,有效地提高了志愿者的教学技能和应变能力。The so-called ＂one-to-one＂ oral English tutoring volunteer work assists help-receivers in getting a basic mastery for a package of pronunciation skills including liaison,assimilation,elision,etc.It also provides contemporary college students with an opportunity to communicate and care for others while greatly improves volunteers＇ teaching skills and the ability to cope with emergencies.
