摘　　要：技能人才是推动现代科技成果向现实生产力转化的骨干力量,但目前我国的技能人才都比较短缺。论文通过对我校高职高专工业设计专业在参与企业的项目合作开发中发现的一些问题进行分析和思考,探讨在技能人才短缺的情况下,怎么培养符合企业需求,能为区域经济发展服务的人才。Technical ability talented person is to drive modern translation of scientific and technological achievements into practical productive forces backbone, but all parallel technical ability talented person shortage that our country saves at present respectively. Analyse and think the main body of a book deeply by the fact that some problem finding that in joint development in the project participating in enterprise is in progress to special high good duty of our university industrial design special field, discuss under technical ability talented person shortage con dition, why cultivates according with enterprise need, can be that regional economies develops the talented person serving.
