摘　　要：音乐自原始巫礼到先秦的乐教,经汉唐盛世的大量胡乐的传入,在中国传统审美中的作用长盛不衰。文章主要从中国古代浩如烟海的史料中选出一些有关于音乐的例子,简要说明音乐在中国传统审美中不可忽视的作用。Chinese music has played an important part in the traditional Chinese aesthetics since ancient time. It originated from religious ceremony in ancient time, and flourished with the appearance of many kinds of eth nic music in Han and Tang dynasty. This paper attempts to discuss the significance of music in traditional Chi nese aesthetics by presenting some examples in the Chinese history.
