摘　　要：以L-丝氨酸为原料,经酯化、缩合、还原氨化、关环等反应,得到一种新型的胡椒醛基氮杂环丙基羧酸酯,再与格氏试剂反应,高效地得到一种新型的胡椒醛基氮杂环丙基二正丙基三级醇手性配体,产物结构通过IR、1H NMR、13C NMR和HRMS表征确定.A new piperonyl aziridino carboxylic acid ester is synthesized by means of esterification, condensation, reductive amination and ringclosure from L -serine , then reaction with Grignard reagent, provide a new piperonyl aziridino dipropyl tertiary alcohol chiral ligand with high yield. The structure of the product was confirmed by IR,1H NMR, 13C NMR and HRMS.
